Oil Analysis Programs
Our Oil/Fluid and Grease Analysis Program is offered at no-charge on all Lubriplate products. Tests that are performed include: viscosity, acidity, contamination (% sediment and % moisture), spectrochemical (PPM of wear metals and additives), and ISO Cleanliness. An interpretation of the results is included along with suggested actions to take.
The Purus® Assurance System is designed to provide Fleet Managers and Owner-Operators with an internal view of equipment systems. Administered by POLARIS Laboratories, the Purus® Assurance System offers easy to use fluid analysis test kits, rapid test results, and secure online paperless reporting and equipment history tracking.
